DHL Express wins Stevie Award for global advertising campaign

DHL promotes 'the speed of yellow'

The DHL Express “International Specialists” global advertising campaign has been honoured with theStevie Award at the 8th annual International Business Awards, in the category of Business Services.



DHL Express was selected from more than 3,000 entries and judged by over 200 professionalsworldwide.

Speaking on the occasion, Ken Allen, Chief Executive Officer DHL Express said: “This awardreaffirms our leadership claim of being the International Specialists in the global expressindustry. It is a strong endorsement of the success of our global advertising campaign andepitomizes our brand qualities of excellence, speed, and efficiency.”

The award was received by Elliott Santon, Marketing Manager, DHL Express U.A.E, at a galaceremony earlier this month, hosted in Abu Dhabi by the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the UnitedArab Emirates in the presence of over 700 attendees.

The International Specialists advertising campaign is currently running in national andglobal media across 42 key markets, translated into 25 local languages and is being screened over280 TV stations. Additionally, 360 print publications with over 1100 insertions have been spreadingDHL’s message of offering unrivalled speed, efficiency and strong customer service.

Created in 2002, the International Business Awards are the only global, all-encompassingbusiness awards program honouring great performances in business. The award is nicknamed the Steviefor the Greek word “crowned”. The mission of the awards is to raise the profile of exemplarycompanies and individuals among the press, the business community and the general public.
