TNT Express Saudi Arabia (SAB) has extended its partnership with global home furnishings companyIKEA.
In 2002, IKEA KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) took a strategic decision to concentrate on its corebusiness of providing home furnishings to their customers in Saudi Arabia and, together with TNT,launched TNT SAB Express – a tailor-made delivery solution that became a great success.
With a dedicated team of over 140 people, TNT Express provides the delivery and assemblesfurniture and kitchens for IKEA customers in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. In-store customer serviceteams handle delivery requests and warehouses used to stage the flat packs until the customer isready to receive them.TNT SAB Express has also successfully managed the distribution and deliveryof IKEA’s catalogues.
