TNT opens fashion logistics hub in Hong Kong

TNT Express has opened a facility in Hong Kong to provide Asia-Pacific regional distribution andvalue-added logistics services to the fashion industry.



The 99,087 sq ft (9,205 sqm) TNT Asia-Pacific Fashion Hub is located at the ATL LogisticsCentre in Hong Kong’s Kwai Chung Container Terminal and is an important development in TNT’sstrategy to support the fashion and lifestyle sectors globally, the company announced.

The facility will be the centre of a hub-and-spoke system that reaches countries includingJapan, Korea, China and Singapore. It is also fully linked to the company’s multimodal integratedair and road networks, ensuring a high degree of connectivity among major markets in Asia Pacificand Europe, thanks to 5-times-a-week dedicated freighter flights to its air hub in Liege.

The Asia-Pacific Fashion Hub offers complete, customised supply chain management solutions tofashion companies and is staffed by dedicated professionals who are specialists in fashionlogistics, TNT Express said.
