TNT Express Germany has launched a new online service that allows customers to arrangeredeliveries or order new deliveries of their shipments via the internet.
Customers have the option of arranging another delivery to the same or a different address,or to collect their shipment themselves at the depot.
Recipients can make use of the same options when they were not reached at home at the firstdelivery attempt. With the notification card which is left in the letter box in this case, they canuse their way bill number to make online arrangements via the website.
This week, DHL Express Germany also launched a similar online option called DeliverNow,providing more flexibility to customers who order a second delivery, following the successfulimplementation of DHL DeliverNow in Austria and Switzerland.
