DHL Express has expanded its service portfolio in India with the launch of DHL JETLINE, aninternational urgent courier service.
DHL JETLINE is a new service for mission-critical international shipments that need immediatepickup and door-to-door delivery with fastest transit times to over 220 countries and territories,the company announced.
Also known in the industry as Next Flight Out, DHL JETLINE uses the first available and mostsuitable flight to the intended destination of shipments. The service is even faster than the nextpickup and delivery offered within the standard DHL network. The service has a target delivery timeof 24 hours.
Available after hours, on weekends and holidays, the service is paramount to sectors likeaerospace, aircraft on ground, automotive, energy, gas, oil, engineering, fashion, manufacturing,financial services, pharmaceutical and entertainment, film and media.

Some of the key benefits include the prevalence of a teamof Aircraft On Ground (AOG) professionals who service the most critical AOG shipments, it pointedout. The service also offers real time shipment tracking by job number or tail number and offersflexibility for import and export requirements. Customers can also avail of a 24×7 dedicatedcustomer desk.
As part of the AOG service, customers can be assured of receiving their shipments at top speed.All branches involved in transport handling are kept informed of the status of the items beingtransported. With a dedicated team, DHL proactively monitors the shipment journey, ensuring on-timedelivery of the shipment.
