Swiss Post is extending acceptance times for PostPac Priority, its next-day express parcel deliveryproduct, at 64 post offices in Switzerland.
More than 200 post offices will now accept parcels until 16.00 for next-day delivery acrossthe country. All other post offices and agencies in Switzerland will continue to accept parcels fornext-day delivery only until 12.00.
Over the last few years, 98 per cent of PostPac Priority parcels have reached theirdestinations on time, a world best, according to Swiss Post.
The easiest way for customers to find their nearest post office with extended acceptancetimes for parcels is by using the Swiss Post app for all conventional smartphones, the companysaid. The app has already been downloaded by around 150,000 customers and has been used almostthree million times.
