GLS France has launched a new B2B service providing guaranteed next-day delivery before 13:00for French business customers including money-back guarantee.
Express-Parcel Guaranteed is designed especially for important and urgent shipments. It can bebooked for almost all French postal code combinations.
The Express-Parcel Guaranteed product is designated by a special sticker and information in thebarcode of the label. After it has been ordered, the parcel is handled with priority. GLS Francedocuments the various shipping stages which customers can track on the GLS website almost in realtime.
In case of delivery disruptions, GLS France informs its customers in good time. If the shipmentcannot be delivered or in case of late delivery, customer service staff informs the shipper viaphone by 10.30 am at the latest and in case of absence, by 14.30 pm.
Despite proactive route planning and GPS navigation, there are accidents occurring on the roadsfrom time to time. If a parcel shipped with Express-Parcel Guaranteed therefore doesn’t reach therecipient within the guaranteed delivery time, GLS refunds the additional charge of theproduct.
