This means that e-commerce becomes more attractive for those living in rural areas. But nomatter where you live, you want what you ordered as quickly as possible.”

He said both e-commerce companies and customers were putting greater and greater demands on thegoods ordered arriving even faster. “Consumers want their goods as quickly as possible, andcompanies want to provide the services their customers expect. If companies do not offersufficiently fast delivery, they risk losing customers.”
