TNT Express France has launched a new online tool for customers to manage their importsindependently via the internet.
Thanks to a new ‘Express Import’ section accessible within the ‘my TNT international’ privateaccount, customers can now coordinate for themselves the complete organisation of their importsstep by step and linked to the respective shipper abroad. This eliminates the need for calling TNT’s international customer service, as previously.
TNT makes it easy for customers in France with access to my TNT international to use the ExpressImport tool. They can place an import order via Express Import with a message sent by e-mail to theshipper who completes the request with the shipping data and the information regarding thecollection in the country. Afterwards, customers can select the delivery service and confirm theprice.
The shipper then receives the transport documents with the parcel collected by TNT and forwardedto the customer.
Customers using my TNT international automatically benefit from the new functionality appearingas the new menu Express Import on their account. Customers who don’t have an account with my TNTinternational can register for free to be able to use Express Import.
