Belgian Post teamed up with Zycus Spend Management, a global leader in spending managementsolutions, to reduce costs and streamline its end-to-end procurement processes.
Under the deal, the Belgian postal operator will implement Zycus Spend Analysis for itsspending management initiatives in order to prepare for the postal liberalisation in 2011. Thecompany required spending visibility to identify cost reduction opportunities further aiding to thesuccess of its process optimisation, Zycus reported.
