Emirates Post has improved its parcel service to India with several value additions.
The expanded service range now includes guaranteed door-to-door delivery within ten days andmoney-back guarantee in case of delayed delivery as well as track and trace and call centre inquiryoptions online.
All parcels will be delivered to the doorstep of the addressee. If the parcel is notdelivered within 10 days from date of shipment, excluding customs clearance in India, the customerswill be entitled to a refund. Emirates Post’s call centre will handle queries about all shipments,while customers can also use the online track and trace option on the website of the postaloperator. The parcel content value should not exceed AED 800 or INR 10,000 (around €150) perperson.
Parcels can be dispatched from any of the Emirates Post outlets in UAE. The maximum parcelweight allowed is 30 kg.
Customers using the enhanced parcel service between June 28 and August 23 can win attractiveprizes in weekly raffle draws, including Al Ittihad tickets to India, hypermarket vouchers andelectronics and gift items, Emirates Post said in a statement.
