DHL Express has announced the introduction of its global online tool ProView to 25 countries inLatin America, Caribbean and Canada.
The online tool is designed for medium and large size companies to simultaneously track anunlimited number of shipments for up to 2,000 accounts. DHL first introduced ProView to the USmarket in 2006. Following the successful users’ acceptance tests in the USA and other regions,ProView was planned to be rolled out in most key markets by the end of last year.
“The application is a value-added tool that gives users a digital bird’s eye view of hundredsor thousands of their shipments real time and all in one screen,” said Roger Crook, CEO, DHLExpress International Americas. “ProView contributes by enhancing companies’ operational agility,eliminating the need to manually enter each reference number.”
ProView is designed to increase the productivity of medium, large and multinational companiesthat simultaneously manage a large volume of shipments and multiple accounts. The free-of-chargetool includes real-time tracking ability and offers complete visibility and control over a largevolume of shipments, both domestic and international, featuring high security standards thatrestrict access through the use of a personal password. Once registered, customers can search,filter and download the shipment information they require.
ProView was developed with an advanced technological platform that enables customers toconfigure the application to request alert notices and real-time updates via e-mail or SMS.
