Deutsche Post DHL and the global marketplace eBay have extended their successful partnership untilthe end of 2010 to continue offering simple and favourable delivery solutions to customers trading
with eBay in Germany.With the renewed agreement, the two companies are strengthening their strategic cooperationthat started in 2004 benefiting 14.5 million eBay customers.
Under the partnership, private and business eBay customers can profit from various onlinetools providing services and information around product shipping that customers can retrieve onlinein a quick and simple way. Choosing the appropriate delivery option is thus simplified for sellers,among others, Deutsche Post said in a statement.
In addition, sellers can print out the appropriate mail or parcel stamps along with theaddress label right after the end of the auction. In return, buyers always receive a detailedoverview about the incoming transportation costs.
