Canada Post and the business support centre PostNet have announced their channel partnership toprovide better service to the Canadian small business market.
With effect from January 2008, authorized business centres will be established in PostNetstores offering a complete selection of Canada Post’s shipping services.
PostNet, which plans to grow to 300 outlets across Canada, said it provides a completeprinting and shipping service to small- and medium-sized companies in the $5.6 billion market forshipping and courier services, which is growing through the rise of online shopping.

Canada Post delivers over 11 billion pieces of mail each year to 14 million destinations.With its 60,000 employees and 7,000 post offices it has the largest retail network in the country.
PostNet has grown to more than 900 franchises throughout North America and abroad and isworking towards a goal of 1,500 global franchises within three to five years.
