TNT Express has strengthened its presence in Spain with the opening of a customer service centre inthe southern city of Cadiz.
The new facility will complement the existing facilities in Barcelona and Madrid, and thethree sites will operate as an integrated service unit, TNT Express Spain said in a statement.
Gonzalo Chico, president of TNT Express Spain, said: “One of the principal objectives of TNTis to place its customers at the centre of the organisation. Our business processes are thereforefocused on offering excellent service to our customer portfolio, and a fundamental means to achievethis is our customer service department.”
In Spain, TNT has 70 depots, 4,200 employees and a customer base of 25,000 companies.
