DHL in the US has introduced an environmentally-friendly reusable envelope for customers that shipand return legal-size documents.
The reusable legal envelope can be filled with up to eight ounces of material and has abuilt-in closure mechanism that allows it to be re-sealed and used twice. Business shippersrequiring a signed or completed legal contract or application by another party can now reducematerials and waste by using a reusable shipping envelope. The envelope also features two separatetear-off strips and associated “glue strips” so users can be assured the package contents aresecure for two trips.
“(We are) constantly working to provide added-value services that make the shippingexperience as user-friendly as possible,” said Keith Lovetro, executive vice-president ofmarketing, for DHL. “In addition to the environmental benefits, the new reusable envelope providesthe most simple, effective process for returning documents.”
