DHL Express has expanded its StartDay and MidDay Express services to more countries across Europein order to offer customers faster next-day deliveries before 12:00 (noon). The product expansion
is being promoted through new advertising campaigns across the continent.DHL said that it now offers TimeDefinite Deliveries to 27 European countries, meaning thatthe service now covers 74% of business addresses across Europe. Time-definite delivery before noonis regarded as a particularly important service feature by businesses around the world.
“We deliver to more places across Europe and Asia by 9 and by 12 than anyone else forbusinesses that value speed as well as reliability,” claimed Thomas George, Head of Marketing atDHL Express Europe.
The greatly enhanced StartDay Express and MidDay Express services offer money-back guaranteeddoor-to-door delivery before 9 a.m. and 12 noon respectively. DHL Express said that in Germany itachieves almost nationwide coverage in pre-12 noon deliveries of shipments into and within thecountry. In the United Kingdom, Belgium and the Netherlands, DHL MidDay Express coverage is alsovery high nationwide. DHL also maintains market-leading MidDay Express coverage in Sweden andFinland and to Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Slovenia in Central & Eastern Europe.
To promote the service expansion and high reliability, a multi-media campaign has beenlaunched in 24 countries across Europe. Four different creative executions are featured in thecampaign and are based on the “By 9:00. By 12:00. Nothing Stops Us.” theme. Each ad shows a visualrepresentation of DHL’s spirit and determination to ensure express deliveries arrive at theirdestination on time.
