Deutsche Post has got rid of the return logistics company Vfw, which it

Cologne-based Vfw is a top provider of reverse logistics and iscurrently setting up its own “Dual System” as an alternative to the “Green Dot”.

Frankfurt-based investment bank Metzler is guiding thetransaction.  “As part of a strategic review of Vfw AG, it has been decided that this businessis not a key focus for Deutsche Post AG in Germany,” a statement from the parties said.
