TNT wins UK entertainment product distribution contract

TNT Express Services UK & Ireland said it has sealed a three-year deal with the Pinnacle-ArvatoGroup to deliver more than 100 million home entertainment products a year to more than 2,000 UK

retail outlets.

The express delivery giant has won the contract from the Pinnacle Arvato Group to makeovernight deliveries to independent retailers and major High Street chains, stocking music, filmentertainment and computer games. TNT will be collecting in excess of one million despatches perannum from the Arvato warehouse in the West Midlands and Pinnacle facilities in Kent for deliveryacross the UK.

The Pinnacle Arvato Group contract firmly establishes the presence of TNT in theentertainment industry marketplace, following a successful introduction with the deal clinchedearlier this year to distribute CDs and DVDs for Universal Music, the express company said.
