TNT to de-list in Frankfurt on June 1

TNT announced today that its de-listing from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange will be effective 1June 2006. The last trading day is 31 May 2006.

On February 20 2006 TNT announced its intentions to de-list from both the London Stock Exchangeand the Frankfurt Stock Exchange as costs for these listings are not justified by the low tradingvolume in TNT shares at both stock exchanges. The delisting from the London Stock Exchange becameeffective on 21 March 2006.
