DHL said it has been named Best Express Operator for the 20th consecutive year at theprestigious 2006 Asian Freight & Supply Chain Awards in recognition of its market leadership
and service excellence in air express offerings in Asia Pacific. DHL also picked up five otherawards:Best Lead Logistics Provider (4PL), Best 3PL, Best Air Freight Forwarder, Best All CargoAirline, and Best Air Cargo Carrier – Europe. The awards are organised by trade magazine CargonewsAsia which polled 12,500 readers to select the best companies in 41 different categories.

DHL is the only company to have won the Best Express Service(renamed Best Express Operator in 2003) award since the Asian Freight Industry Awards – thepredecessor of the AFSCA – was inaugurated in 1987.
