DHL India has introduced “Follow me Track”, an innovative service that offers customers theconvenience of receiving proactive updates on the progress of their shipments.
By simply logging onto the DHL website www.dhl.co.in and registering their air waybill numbers,customers will be updated proactively on their shipments, from pick up until delivery. DHL providesthe customer updates via SMS, email or fax. Customers will be automatically informed about thestatus of their shipments at every checkpoint.
