Bartolini opens two more depots

Italian express firm Bartolini has continued to expand its national network by opening two moredepots this month. It opened as many as eight new depots in January.

Bartolini said that it opened a new branch at Padua in early February to serve customers in thatprovince. The depot covers 5,000 sqm and lies on the motorway close to the downtown area.

The privately-owned firm also opened a new branch in the town of Sondrio, close to the Swissborder, by transferring a nearby depot. The new facility covers 1,000 sqm and will be fitted withan automatic parcel sorting system.
