with other shipping carriers, but recently selected DHL as its exclusive domestic shipping providerto improve and enhance service to their businesses and consumers nationwide. USAnotebook.com nowships all company products via DHL.“In our initial meetings with DHL, it was clear that they were serious about their customerservice promise as indicated in their advertising campaign,” said Eva Kluger, President ofUSAnotebook.com. “I was so impressed with the level of support and attention we received from ourlocal DHL sales representative, we turned all of our U.S. business over to DHL.”

DHL met with warehouse personnel to review stocking and packaging procedures tosecure the integrity of product for loading and packing for air and ground transportation. DHL hasalso arranged signature required service to ensure secure residential deliveries and trainedUSAnotebook.com personnel in the use of the DHL EasyShip system for immediate processing ofcustomer shipments.
