TNT today announced the intended appointment by the Supervisory Board of Henk van Dalen as ChiefFinancial Officer and member of the Board of Management. He is currently member of the Managing
Board and CFO of Royal DSM N.V. of the Netherlands.Henk van Dalen will assume the position of Acting CFO as of April 1, 2006 in place of Jan Haarswho has resigned with effect from March 31, 2006. He has been with DSM, the leading company innutritional and pharma ingredients, performance materials and industrial chemicals, since 1976.
