KarstadtQuelle AG has renewed and expanded a five-year contract worth over a total of 100million euros of revenues with TPG Post Parcel Service for B2C parcel delivery in the
Netherlands.From 2006 onwards, the TNT mail division unit will deliver several million parcels each year forvarious KarstadtQuelle AG subsidiaries, including Quelle Nederland BV, Neckermann Nederland BV andBonaparte. The contract covers a B2C home delivery service to consumers as well as returnshipments. TPG Post Parcel Service already undertakes parcel distribution and return services for anumber of KarstadtQuelle companies.

KarstadtQuelle selected TPG Post because of its quality of service and the jointdevelopment of home shopping products and services.
