Norway Post appoints acting CEO

Norway Post has announced that Klaus-Anders Nysteen, Senior Vice President (CFO) Finance andControl, has been appointed as acting Chief Executive Officer from 1 October 2005. He will manage

the company until a new CEO has been appointed to replace Kaare Frydenberg. The Norwegian statepostal operator said that the board of directors would take the necessary time to find the rightperson to manage one of Norway’s largest companies. Norway Post announced in March that Frydenbergwas stepping down but would work out his period of notice of six months.
