The Management Board of trans-o-flex appointed Peter Rabeling Director Administration &Finance. After completing a bank traineeship and acquiring a law degree, the 45-year old lawyer
performed various management functions, including the position of Managing Director of the HagebauGroup, a German chain of DIY stores, where he gained a wide experience in managing shareholdings.“We are happy to have won an accounting expert like Peter Rabeling”, said Klaus J. Heinz, Chairmanof trans-o-flex’s Management Board, commenting on the decision. “I am confident that his know-howwill add to the dynamic force of our management team.”trans-o-flex has also appointed a new press relations officer: with effect from 1st April 2005,Sabine Kolaric (33) succeeded Manfred Boehler, who left the company. Ms Kolaric has been working inthe company’s headquarters in Weinheim since 1998, performing various tasks in the areas of HR,Marketing and Public Relations. “In my new position I am looking forward to maintaining andrefreshing my contacts to the press, some of which go back over many years”, said the businessadministration graduate, who joined trans-o-flex after completing her studies in London.
